Comprising of a site survey, dimension checks and initial data compilation; these inspections should take approximately 1 hour on site:

• A full Technical Inspection of Safety Barriers, to assess their compliance with Australian Standards.

• Identify any non-compliances which need remedial work to satisfy State & Legislative requirements.

• Upon completion, provide an on-site explanation of the findings.

• Consolidate findings into a final written report; including photographic references and commentary on any non-compliance issues.

IF all inspected items are compliant* Pool-Pass will provide you with:
1. A Certificate of Barrier Compliance (Form 23) … normally within 24 hours.
2. The Finalized Inspection Report itself will be emailed to you within 24 - 48 hours.

We are pleased to provide this service for a fixed price of $297.00+gst.

*In the event of any non-compliances, Pool-Pass will explain your options regarding remedial works. We will then arrange a date & time for a re-inspection; once the modifications have been completed.

Subsequent to the initial site inspection revealing non-compliance issues, you will have up to 60 days to remedy the non-compliant items listed in the Inspection Report.

When you are able to confirm that the modifications have been completed, Pool-Pass will arrange to revisit the site and re-inspect the work which has been carried out.

Based on the successful resolution of the non-compliant items (and no additional compliance issues) a Certificate of Barrier Compliance (Form 23) can be issued immediately.

The price for this subsequent Site Inspection and compliance sign-off, is $143.00+gst.

PLEASE NOTE:

Pool-Pass will not undertake re-inspections conducted by another Company’s Inspectors; as it is likely there will be some inconsistency in interpretation and therefore the outcomes of the inspections.

We advocate that you should follow-up with the initial Inspector/Company; to ensure that your interests are best served and that your money is best spent.
