Inspections take approximately 1 hour. Therefore, please ensure someone is at home to provide secure access to the necessary Pool areas for our Inspectors.

Similarly, please understand that travel times, traffic, inclement weather and unforeseen holdups (at sites prior to your booking) will have an impact on our ability to attend at the scheduled times.

It is therefore imperative that you provide a mobile contact number for us to maintain communication with you, and keep you updated on arrival times.

We appreciate that your time is precious and we will endeavour to fit in with your availability. If weekends are the only available times for you to be in attendance, we will try our best to accommodate you.

PLEASE NOTE: Pool-Pass will not undertake re-inspections conducted by other Company’s Inspectors; as invariably there will be an inconsistency between the methodologies applied and therefore the outcomes of the inspections. We advocate that you should follow-up with the initial inspection Company/Inspector for re-inspections; to ensure that your interests are best served and that your money is best spent.
